The Classical Academy is one of the largest charter schools in Colorado that serves students in kindergarten through grade 12. It enrolls more than 2,600 students in its elementary, junior high and high schools. Its schools curricula include English, mathematics, science, history, foreign languages, fine arts, business and computer education and physical education. The Classical Academy offers a variety of sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, softball, track and field, wrestling, cross country, football and cheerleading. It also supports dance, forensics, theater, newspaper, yearbook and band clubs. The academy offers elective courses in military history, computer programming, digital media, astronomy, advanced acting and aerobics. The Classical Academy is located in Colorado Springs, Colo.
