we have had the worst experience with carpet exchange installation. Start with not enough carpet to complete job. This required second weekend installation. After installation was completed the installer did not let home owner know that the carpet had flaws, tried to cover them up with loose pieces of fabric which came up while vacuuming. Carpet tack strip nails pock through the carpet and cannot be walked on in bare feet. The hallway still has old carpet fabric that is still existent. The stairway is so loose you can pinch an inch or two at every tread and riser location. I have not had any resolution by the managers in the sales department. I am now pursuing help from corporate office in Denver. I am hoping for a total refund to have another company remove and replace this mess that they created.. So in closing I would not trust the installation warranties and have them provide contact number for reference purpose used again the old carpet would have outlast this new purchase.
