Came in with severe lower back pain, Dr. Leann patiently ,and gently got me back together again

My friend referred me to Dr. J in May. Now in August and Im feeling so much better. I could barely get out of bed. Lower back pain made that a hard thing. I'm too young for that! I noticed results within the first 3 weeks. I have chosen to maintain my health with chiropractic. The office staff is SO nice and they have great music! I recommend Carefree Chiropractic's services all the time!

I took a terribly hard fall and was amazed I didn't break my hip. The pain and jolt was that severe. A friend told me about Dr. Doug so I gave him a try. I'm thrilled that I came to his clinic as his adjustments have made an amazing and positive difference in my pain level. It has gotten so much better after just a couple of adjustments, although the fall was so hard that it will take time. I had experienced dizziness laying down, sitting, and standing. The dizziness is gone.

I have been having a really bad migraine for a week and I haven't been sleeping well because of it. I was tired all the time, grumpy and always in pain. It was hurting SO bad that I was in tears. I went to my doctors office to try to make an appointment but they only told me if it really hurts then i can go to the ER to get an IV and some medication. I remember my friend telling me about his work and about how he got adjusted and how much better he felt. So I followed him to his work and got a same day appointment. The Doctor adjusted my back and right when I got up my migraine was almost completely gone! I woke up the next morning without the migraine and for the first time in about a month and a half I slept through the entire night. I am so glad that I came in, this has really changed my life!

I came to carefree chiropractic because I had been having problems with my back since I started track in my freshman year of high school (as an 18 year old it's not very encouraging to have already had back issues for a few years and then to anticipate may more). I also have a history of back problems that run in the family, so that affected me as well. I noticed results as soon as I started getting adjusted. Dr. Doug has been amazing!!! I was in a really bad accident and was referred to him a few days after. Since the first appointment, I have noticed significant changes in decreased pain, increase in mobility and flexibility and better mood. I would highly recommend him! The positive atmosphere and friendly staff make it an overall great place for healing.

When I first came to Dr. Doug, I couldn't move my head in any direction without pain. Several whiplash injuries years before had taken their toll. Within a few months I was pain free and living life again. His adjustments are incredible. I'm on a "maintenance" schedule now and am able to enjoy skiing, scuba diving, working out regularly, and anything I want. I've seen other chiropractors in the past, but Dr Doug is the best. I have complete faith in his skill and ability and recommend him to everyone!

I really enjoy getting adjusted because it makes me feel better and my back and neck hurt less. Also, it is good for your spine. So... yeah!

I originally consulted Dr Johnson for severe lower back pain. I felt a sharp, almost electric pain in my lower back. I could not walk and was bed ridden for two days. I was happy with how quickly Dr. Johnson could see me. I was pleased and amazed at the intensity and thoroughness of the first adjustment and I felt results almost immediately. I now have a decrease in pain, I'm sleeping better and I can walk without assistance. Simple periodic adjustments have made a huge difference in my life. It's great not to hurt. Amazing!! I came here because I was having pain in my shoulders. I have never been to a chiropractor and was very apprehensive. I am so pleased with the results. I am a group fitness instructor and there is a lot of pressure on my body every day. I have had back pain in for several months. I tried rolling around on a foam roller or using a tennis ball to relieve the pain. Thank you Dr. Doug! I had migraines and shoulder pain for several years. Finally took a friend's advise to seek chiropractic care. Thankfully, I found Dr. Doug. Within the first week (3 treatments), I noticed a drastic reduction in shoulder pain and, even more importantly, I haven't had a migraine for more than six months!!! My husband and I started coming to Dr. Doug Johnson in 2001. Initially, my husband was in "crisis" with intense neck & shoulder pain. After starting regular care with Carefree Chiropractic and Dr. Doug, he recovered very quickly.

I first visited Carefree Chiropractic 3 years ago when I woke up one morning and couldn't move my neck following a day of looking down pulling weeds for many hours in the yard. I was looking for a Palmer graduate with several years of experience and I found just that in Dr. Johnson. I was also 4 months pregnant and was considering chiropractic care for my pregnancy as well. I came one to three times a week until delivery and I never had any issues that I had with my first pregnancy like sciatica, low back pain, leg cramps, etc. I also had a much shorter labor and was able to quickly push my babies through the birth canal--no doubt to having healthier joints from my adjustments.I have had another baby and we all get adjustments once a week. I had to stop for a few months last summer and I could notice a HUGE difference. Both of my boys enjoy our time in the office playing in the kid's corner while we wait.Payment plans are affordable.

My wife was seen twice after injuring her back. After the second visit she couldn't get out of a chair. Should you have back issues suggest instead you see an ACTUAL Doctor and/or REAL Physical Therapist. Carefree Chiropractic's cult like atmosphere is very disconcerting, their treatments were useless, charges were high and high preasure tactics to return, will last for months. AVOID!!!!
