Terrible service. Add on charges that are only mentioned when you go to pay. The tech was talking on the phone when working on my nails. I thought we was talking to me so I was answering - never apologized, just looked at me like he was bothered! The tech working on my daughter left her station to do someones eyebrows, never telling my daughter where she was going or what she was doing! I could go on but the bottom line is Don't waste your time and money!!!

Leo and staff are the best. Everyone always seems happy and if an appointment is made, it is kept. Only one time in 30 appointments was I asked to wait.

The customer service is awful, I had questions about getting my nails done and they didn't answer them. The paint and design work is sloppy. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My sister and I went in to get her a pedicure with a full set and I just got a full set. My nails came out uneven and trashy. My sister had an even worse time. She had two nails done before she realized it looked wrong. When she asked the man to fix it he refused and when she told him she didn't like it he started to "accidently" cut her cuticles with the electric file. She was bleeding on 6 of her fingers. Then when she went to get a silver line on the bottom of the white tip the lady was so busy talking to her co-workers she messed every line up. My sister and I told them politely that we were not satisfied and they ended up over charging us. We paid $100 for what we were told would be $80. We will never go back here again and we hope nobody else will either!!!!!

Wow... poor customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone who has any interest in receiving decent service. Rude, unfriendly, negative... Advice for the shop: The customer is always right.

Absolute Favorite! Leo and the rest of the staff are wonderful, and they do amazing work! Little higher prices than average vietnamese salons, but well worth it!!!!
