If you are ready to "really" change for the better, this is an honest, honorable, compassionate professional that does what she does best and she sent me to other experts when she needed expertise. Zero Ego, Down to Earth which also was surprising because she is educated in Ivy league schools. I found my work with Alicia to be the best I've experienced yet--professional, real, compassionate....A good find. But if you just want to vent, she won't pretend to help you and keep taking your money. If you see Alicia, get ready for "real therapy".

She knows her stuff. I initially dropped out because Alicia makes you figure out and resolve core issues and I wanted the easy way; I was not ready, but when I was, she helped me beyond my expectations. Alicia is not going to sit down with you and let you complain and not do anything to change your situation; if you are like me--noncomformist and independent thinking and ready to make things happen, Alicia is VERY helpful.

Has been very helpful, although at first I was somewhat skeptical of how simple her techniques seemed, I get Rational Thinking and Mindfulness in a way that no one else has been able to describe. I have a complex history, and have been very happy with Ms. Jakomait's ability to help me.
