When I showed up for my appointment it turned out that I scheduled it with the wrong location. The service advisor that helped me told me they were really booked but he said that if I was willing to wait they would squeeze me in. Not only did the service advisor take care of my recall issue but was able to get me my oil change and tossed a courtesy wash. The service advisor also answered all of my questions and gave me some tips on how to deal with a recall issue I was having that there was no technical resolution for. The service was great and friendly and I will definitely use this location for all my future service needs.
I took my car in for service while I was on vacation. The service department provided excellent diagnostics and excellent customer service. My car was repaired in less than an hour and has been running great ever since.
Our car always gets serviced well at the Al Serra Chevrolet dealership on the Auto Mall Loop. Their employees are always friendly, professional and helpful!

Brought my car in for a recall. They were ready to take it in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. They beat the estimated service time by more than 15 minutes. They were courteous and returned my car as clean as when I brought it in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the complimentary beverages were a nice touch. I was very satisfied with how they handled the recall.

Tony was the service mgr that helped me, and I am more than happy with the way they treated me as a customer,They had my car for a couple days to replae the supercharger on my ZL1,gave me a loaner with no prolems! (well i think they should have let me at least have a 6cyl camaro! but I had a chevy Cruz) LOL:-)

Bought my 2004 Aveo here November 2004. Everyone I had contact with was as nice as could be. If my next car is a Chevy, I'll be buying it here.
