Provided by ThryvI have been using this service for 2 to 3 years. The service is OUTSTANDING. Mr. Hancock is extremely knowledgeable and can repair any problem I have ever had (and I have a lot of them) efficiently and promptly. I highly recommend him.
The person performing the job was not aware that he was super guarantee business. He said that service is usually paid for. Strange? I was not impressed with his knowledge of computers. He did not, seems to me, that he had much, if any, knowledge of the problems associated with the Internet. He didn't want to wait for a downloading process to complete before leaving. With my permission, he installed a program to access my computer from his so he may diagnose a possible problem from his work place. It didn't work. Also, my settings were not reset and I do have problems. I need to get it touch with him about the resetting problem.
