i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because This place is awesome the artists are all extremely talented ,funny and they strive to make your experience as pleasurable as possible with an end result that you LOVE for a lifetime, The prices are great , the place is spotless the work is guaranteed for life I just can not see why anyone would go anyplace else for Tattoos, Piercings or Micro Dermal implants. The fact that they shuttle the Military and VSU students for free and give them a 10% discount on Tattoos makes them not only the Best in the industry at what they do but they go the EXTRA MILE to show that they appreciate their customers.

The best place to get a tattoo. I moved to Arizona and I will wait till I get back to Va. to get another tat by Frenchy, its well worth it.

I had a tattoo put on my right outside calf of a dragon wrapped around a Celtic cross. I had searched for an artist and a business that was perfect for me for 7 years. I found City Limits and knew I my search had ended! It is very special to me and "my artist" is also! He took special care to make sure it was EXACTLY how I envisioned it to be and i was comfortable throughout the process. He was thorough with the aftercare instructions so much so my tattoo didn't even scab over. I would recommend him to anyone! It was done on Valentines day and I just went back and he pierced my ear for me. Again, he was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Both my tattoo and piercing have been complimented on even by other tattoo artists. I will NEVER go anywhere else! The whole place was clean and professional and full of talent. Thanks to "My Artist" (name withheld because I don't want to share him with just anyone! LOL) Thanks! See you soon!

The place is not only clean but the people there know the business and will take the time to answer your questions if they have a minute , on the weekends you can tell they are the best by the people there and the lack of at the other not so good over priced shops in the area. they have a huge selection of flash and best of all they all are true artists and can turn your thoughts into a tattoo.The people are just honest and real so if you can take some ARTISTIC CRITICISM if needed to make your thoughts a tattoo this is the place to be open 7 days a week mon-thurs 12:00-8:30 fri/sat 12:00-11:30 and sunday 10:30-5:30 yes they r that good that I plugged their hours go n C 4 yourself don't believe me .

I got a tongue piercing......painless and quick....highly recommend because the piercers seemed very knowledgeable and well trained.......If you want any kind of piercing this is the place to go..also very afordable
