Rented from Osborn for 2 year and never had any issues. Maintenance and office were always friendly. Would recommend them to others.

The people running the office are trashy, unprofessional, and money hungry!! I was shown an apartment that had just been moved out of and was trashed. When I asked to see the unit after it was cleaned, I was told that they don't clean them until someone puts down a deposit. What idiot would put a deposit down on a place before seeing what it looks like clean, and with all of the repairs completed?? Cabinet doors were missing, paint and drywall were peeling from the wall around the shower, kitchen appliances were sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor (and the floor was FILTHY), and the walls and carpet were disgusting!!! I would NEVER rent from a place that shows a dirty property!!! It's no wonder why they offer a move in special!!!

Do not waste your time with Osborne Properties. They told me I was approved to rent from them. Then there was always an excuse as to why I couldnt get a place. Now I can't get the home that I want from them, but I was offered any of their properties that were not new. I was told I could get one of the more expensive homes eventhough they cost more, but not a new one. Why would I pay more for an old house. They could've told me that 6 months ago. I swear its always a problem. I've sone everything they've asked, and now I can only get an older more expensive home. I've been shown 3 of their homes and they so not look like the pictures online. The pictures were old. I'll stick with a lerch and Lindow properties from now on.
