Leisure World Health Club is a full-service gym. Based in Collinsville, Ill., it offers various programs, including weight loss, tone up, body shape, body building, cardio, cholesterol management and more. The gym offers an Olympic sized pool, separate whirlpools, saunas, treadmills and free weights, to name a few. It also offers various trainings, including nautilus, step aerobics, kick boxing, sun tanning, along with personal training programs, such as cardiovascular endurance training, strength training and diet/nutrition advice. Leisure World Health Club offers special programs for senior citizens.
