I have been trying to contact this company 2 times a month since April 2012. An answering service takes a message but no body calls me back, yet they have no problem sending me a monthly invoice.

I do not recommend this company. I had problems with their repairs, installation and responding to calls. Many times, our requests for repairs were not answered. we were told our system was complete but it was not.
