I brought my two dogs here to stay while I went on a 10 day vacation. One of my dogs needed her medicine every day, twice a day. When I got there to pick them up, I found out they had been giving medication to the wrong dog the entire time. Side note- the dogs don't look anything alike.. One is white and a male and the other is brown and a female. I had verbally given specific instructions before I left AND even wrote a note saying who got the medicine. This is not only a very careless mistake on their part, but it could have been extremely dangerous to my pets. For what this facility charges, I would expect top of the line care. Needless to say, my dogs will not be staying here again.

If I could give no stars I would. We had reservations for the big room. Reservations meant nothing. If need room for another dog will move in a heartbeat - didn't matter that it had been reserved for months. Paid the big price for the big room. Found out she had been in a little room in the back. Dog smelled like the sewer when picked up. All bedding ruined - had to throw away. Dog sick today - lost lots of weight - on our way to the vet. Really unhappy with them. Needed a doggy cam since she can't talk. Will never go back again. Dont trust them

Our dog, Precious has been going to Claridge Pet Resort since it opened. We were taking her to a different pet hotel before this pet resort opened and she was not happy there. Mainly we use the pet resort while we are on vacation. The staff is awesome! The facility is beautiful and clean. Our dog is happy at this resort, and therefore we are happy! I highly recommend Claridge Pet Resort to dog and cat owners!!!!

WOW. This place is incredible. The staff is one of a kind. They truly love what they do and you can tell as soon as you walk in the doors. The place is cleaner than you could ever imagine. They take excellent care of their facility. My dog has been lodging at Claridge since it has been open. She also goes to daycare and get groomed as well. I would pay any amount of money to know my dog was well taken care of and the pricing at Claridge is more than reasonable for the exceptional care they give to my dog. She is staying for spring break this year and i know she will be so excited to see the staff again and have fun with all of her doggy friends.

This is a great pet place for my dog - Charlie He had so much fun there and stayed several nights while we were out of town. Well worth the money. Good value to know that my pet was taken good care of. Very organized. Nice clean building.

Great pet resort ! ! ! Has a lot to offer from boarding to dog training, doggie day care and grooming. Love this place. Clean and professional staff. I will definitely recommend this to everyone in Collierville, Germantown and Cordova. They took great care of my dog while I was out of town. I trust them.

Great pet resort! This place is clean, freindly staff and very knowlegeable. I love their daycare program. And my Bingo gets groomed there while I'm on vacation. They do an excellent job with that as well. The suites up front are reasonable priced and comfortable. I want to try the dog training class with Amy Lear next time I go. If it is as good as the rest of their services, I'm sure it will be awesome. I highly recommend this pet resort to everyone who needs a trusting place for their dog or cat.. .

Best in Class!!! I take my dog, Dexter to The Claridge Pet Resort for daycare several times a week and have left him overnight while out of town on business multiple times. It makes me feel great to know how much he enjoys his time there. I know that the staff takes excellent care of him. He is excited to see them in the morning, greeting them with kisses on his way in. The staff does a great job and is really passionate about the dogs. All around, they provide best in class service.
