We frequently visit the Skybox Grill as it is one of our favorite locally owned places in Collierville. John and the staff are great. We always receive excellent service and usually John walks around and shakes everyone's hand. The food is pretty incredible. Po boys and burgers are really good, but my favorite is the sweet and spicy tenders. The bar is separated from the restaurant areas so you have the option to watch the TVs and get the bar scene or you can move to the other side which is more kid friendly.

My friends and I love The Skybox. It has become our favorite place to gather. The Mac & Cheese Eggrolls are awesome! I have tried several different menu items and honestly have liked almost everything! The atmosphere is friendly and the service is always great.

We have been there several times since opening and have chosen a different entree each time. You can't go wrong with mahi tacos, cajun pasta, shrimp and grits, shrimp blt, or the steak biscuits. Don't forget to save room for the fried moon pie with salted caramel ice cream...delicious. A fun place with great atmosphere! Thanks for choosing Collierville SBG.
