colliervilles ghetto apartments .property and buildings not maintained. mold everywhere. staff will lie just to get you on a lease. there are plenty of brand new apartments close by ,so check them out before you rent here . yes I live here and will move as soon as my lease is up. and reading other reviews tha they do not follow health codes. they even lie responding to reviews. what a joke this place is......

yes these apartments are falling apart, inside and out and when you have a issue they show an uncaring attitude. I allways pay my rent on time but they don't own up to their end of the deal because they have you by the lease. iam glad to see others voicing their opinion . I do not recommend to live here !!

overpriced!! the grounds are dirty the buildings have mold that has not been cleaned in a few years. I feel this place is going downhill fast

not so clean or safe,parking lots are very dark and managed poorly !!!
