Yes I applied for a mortgage loan my score was not where it needed to be, I asked if I can talk to someone who so that they can explained to me what I needed to do to get my score to where it needed to be so that I can get approved for a loan. I was told that the gentleman that pullled my report would call me back in about 20 mins he never called back, I waited about 3 hrs then I called back the repersentive told me that her boss is very busy and again I was told by the same person that he will call me back in about 20 mins, four days later still no phone call. I guess if I had the score they wouldn't have had a problem assisting me in a more professional manner, they were very unprofessioanl.
