      Notably good service experience

      Great customer service.... they set up a block of time, called before they came and arrived right on time! The technician was very polite, professional and knowlegeable. And... to top it off.... they were the best price in town! (I called 8 other places for price quotes) I am very happy with Michael's keys and will definitely use them again!
