I've long been intimidated by gyms but feel very comfortable here -- nice people, friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean as a whistle and pleasant surroundings. Lots to do -- steam room is my fave!

When you walk into lifetime fitness the only thing you think about is how big it is. Well in order for it to be a big place that has to mean one thing... space. I know when I am working out I don't want to be really crowded in a small gym and just smell sweat all around me. I used to work out at a gym that was like that and I hated it. Lifetime employees were really helpful and took the time to walk me around and show me around the gym. Showed me the different prices of the gym before I signed anything. I like the fact that I can have my own locker and it doesn't cost me anymore money. They also have a day care at the gym that comes with your membership so I can take my niece and not have to worry about who will watch her. The gym just has everything you would ever want in a gym and I am very satisfied.

Open 24 hours, but plenty of equipment and workout areas even in the busiest of times! Friendly staff, super-clean locker rooms, always fresh towels...Plus convenience of cafe and salon in-house!
