Over all this jcpenny is friendly and kept clean. The only complaints I have is that the fitting rooms are so hot when trying on clothes, most of the time I just purchase clothes without trying them on and I return them if they didn't work out. I also don't like that they no.longer have a customer service center in the women's department!! I know how to wait in long lines at the other customer service centers to get checked out!!
