Horrendous service, ruined three of my shirts and told me that it was the shirts fault and I should take them back. Unbelievable, currently waiting to talk to a manager, if this situation can be fixed i'll increase the rating accordingly, otherwise I am appalled by their service

I took my clothes to Prestige for many months and had no problems until an item came back damaged. I asked for it to be repaired when I finally got it back the repair caused more damage. Owner tells me I have to take up my complaint with store where I purchased it...what a joke! All of this has taken over 2 months for them to give me this latest excuse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE PRESTIGE.
