People know parts dam good and very helpful

Do not ever go to this Napa. In 110 degree weather they could have cared less that my truck was leaking coolant all over their parking lot. We had recently bought a water pump and thermostat there. It was installed and still leaking coolant. I Called their store and asked if they could take a look for me. Over the phone they agreed to do this. I walked into the store and an older man named Jim came to the counter. He very rudely refused to look at my truck to see if he could tell where it was leaking from. I explained to him that I had called and was told somebody would look at it. He adamantly refused to help me one bit and he was extremely indifferent and rude. I gave this store a rating, only because I had to to post. They could have cared less I might get stranded in 110 degree heat. I live about thirty five minutes from their store out in the country. A horrible experience. please shop elsewhere. Sevcik's, which is right behind this place is a very honest, upright business and they were happy to help me.
