      Dr. Skaggs is one of the most compassionate, caring, and proffesionally acting Physicians I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I HAVE NEVER HEARD A SINGLE COMPLAINT OF ANY KIND ABOUT HER FROM ANY OF HER OTHER PATIENTS.
