My recent experience with America's Choice Roofing was outstanding. They were able to help me with several different issues that I was facing, and did so in a very professional manner. The salesman that came to my home, Mike Hubbard, was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand and made me feel very comfortable about this company and the way that they do business. As the job progressed, more work was discovered to be done. This is when I really was impressed, as the owner of the company came to the work site and helped with the work alongside his work crew. This was impressive to me, as it really showed the teamwork that the entire company was willing to show to make sure that the job was done right. The work itself was done to the high standards I was told they would be, and even exceeded my expectations. America's Choice Roofing is going to be my only choice for any roofing needs that I may have in the future, and I highly recommend them.

June 18th, 2014I posted previously about an unsatisfactory job done by this company. I will admit I was pretty heated about my broken lamp and took to the internet to release a little aggression. The company has definitely followed through with making everything right, has come to my house on a few occasions to make sure I am satisfied, and it is very much appreciated. I am still upset about my lamp but as a whole, they did an excellent job on our roof.

Just finished a two and a half day bout with this company. When they arrived they rearranged my front yard with the promise to put it all back the way they found it. Well, they're gone now and my yard is littered with TRASH, spoons, food wrappers, large tack type things scattered all through the grass ---stepped on one earlier, went all the way through the sole of my shoe. The old aerial on my roof is in pieces across the lawn (I was told they would take it off), and they left a saw for my dogs to chew on. They left my yard rearranged (a complete mess) and ruined four plants. So I called the company to see when they can send someone to fix it---FOUR DAYS. Great customer service. Not to mention the $1200.00 lamp that was shattered inside my house. The owner brushed me off about it because it was in "the packet" to take things off the wall, though I never personally received any packet. I'm not a very satisfied customer, though I'm sure there was something in the elusive "packet" about crappy customer service that I overlooked.
