After driver physical exam, a DOT medical card or medical Examiner's certificate will BE issued to the driver to mail to their state driver licensing agency (SDLA) or to take to the department of motor vehicles (DMV). We are next door to a Pepsi Cola distributor and across the street from the U.S. Post Office. There is street parking wide enough for an 18 wheeler.
