I have purchased from Gailes' 2 times. The first time was at a Suzuki Celebration. On day one I asked for wall mounts for my and my son's violins. They didn't have them with them but promised to bring them the next day. They did, we bought them as well as a tuner for my husband. The second time, I took the hour long drive from Virginia in hopes of finding a chin rest. The lady spend about 1.5 hours with me changing out chin rests and shoulder rests to help me find the right set up. Great customer service and worth the drive.
