A pearl in Cold Spring! Eclectic menu and a super wine list. The food seems un-Americanised original French cuisine. We have now had about ten meals there with friends and business associates. None were disappointed. The roast Duck seems to be a Star on the menu and my personal favorite is the black sausage with mashed potatoes. You dine in an atmosphere of a french chateau surrounded by pictures of French film starts of the fifties and sixties like Fernandel, Bourvil, Caude Reimes and Luis de Funes.
