      Established in 1963, Green Mountain Nursing Home is a 70-plus-bed facility located in Colchester, Vt. It is a part of the Brookside Alliance, a family-owned and operated health care organization. The facility is licensed to provide intermediate care to patients with acute and long-term illnesses. Green Mountain Nursing Home offers short-term medical treatment, traditional long-term skilled nursing care and comprehensive rehabilitative services. Its medical services include dialysis care, and pain and diabetes, cardiopulmonary and tracheotomy management. The facility s rehabilitation staff offers physical and occupational therapies and speech and language pathology services for neuromuscular disorders.
