Established in 1971, Albany Marine Service is a full-service boat yard and marina. Located in Cohoes, N.Y., it offers a range of in yard services, including recommissioning, launch and tie-up, outdrive service, winterize engine, shrinkwrap, engine oil change, haul and block, bottom wash, hull cleaning and battery care, among others. The company also provides installation and mechanical repairs on marine gas engines, inboards, V-drives, stern drives, transmissions, and propellers and shafts strut bearings. Its ship store stocks all of the boating accessories, parts and maintenance supplies, such as anchors, fenders, trailer parts, life jackets, fasteners and lines/cordage, to name a few.
