I live out on Rockford bay road and they won't deliver over sized packages to my door because the are not allowed to back up but yet they deliver to 6 of my Neighbors that you would have to back up to get out if their driveways. They wonder why people are no longer using the postal service it's because the took the "service" out of postal service

I manage Cherry Ridge Apartments and after many years of a awesome mail carrier we now have at least 3 various carriers,1 of which I'm told has 13+ experience. Could've fooled me!! Even though mail is addressed properly with correct unit numbers,they still get put in other tenants boxes.Important utility bills have been returned to senders,almost cause shut off of water services. Tenants with payees that take care of bills for them have had rent checks sent back,almost causing eviction processing.WE HAVE called to complain at least 5 times in a month to no avail.!!! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!! If you're illiterate ,STOP pretending to know how to deliver mail.YOU are aweful. I'm sure the phone has been blowing up with complaints from the 72 units who can't even get their own mail dropped in their box. Mind you,EVERY box is labeled with correct,current tenants names & box number ,yet still can't manage to get it right!!! FIGURE IT OUT! It's not rocket science,people!!

THEY SELDOM IF EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE IF YOU TRY CALLING MORE THAN ONCE IN A ROW THEY TURN THE FAX ON IN YOUR EAR OR THEY PICK UP AND HANG IT UP ON YOU!



THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A "PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS" THEY CHARGE HUGE PRICES AND GIVE BAD BAD SERVICE!
