I thought the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds were well kept and the office warm and welcoming (they even had cookies). They were very upfront and honest about their one break in which they offered a reward of $1000 to catch the perpetrators on the news and they did catch them due to their cameras footage and dedicated employees who refused to give up. I would recommend anyone here. If you need to store your things you cant go wrong with this place.

This place isn't safe to store your stuff ! Several units were broken in to this year and had items stolen. Check the police reports on this place.

I used to manage a company for the last 3 years we used this storage unit for all our business needs. Great place to store. Safe, secure and easy in and out routes for larger vehicles(semi, rv's, etc...)Management staff is great and always doing on site checks. The previous reviewer might have had a bad experience but that was 3 years ago

I reserved a covered parking place from Tucson for our 38 foot, wide-bodied RV. I paid $190 for 2 months, even though I was only going to use the space for about 6 weeks. I was assured my motor home would fit. Imagine my surprise when I discovered someone was parked in our site and we were told to park in the adjoining slot. Motor home wouldn't fit. Manager was supposed to come to talk to us. We waited and waited and he never showed. We ended up parking in the open at the end of the covered parking area. Our motor home is drenched by daily sprinklers but this is the only place it would fit. Manager was supposed to contact us about a large space but he never did. It's still parked there. In this city, uncovered parking is $35 a month. I paid $95. Manager has ignored our needs. Park is run very loosely and people tend to park wherever they want. If your space is used, you're supposed to take someone else's slot. Really a bad scene. Not even certain our coach is safe.
