I use your Rite Aide Pharmacy in King North Carolina, and the Pharmacy part of that store is the most unpleasent customer service I have ever had in any of your Rite Aides I have been in! The people in the Pharmacy are very rude and do not show any customer services at all. I have talked to the manager of the store and he said he would take care of it but each time I go in there their even more ruder than the last time I was in there! IThe manager of the stores name is Brad. I have no idea what his last name is but I'm sure that store has lost quite a few customer from being rude to them. When I talked to the manager he said he would take care of it but it seems he has not done so! I am transfering to another Drug Store where I am treated like a person with respect. I have heard that there has been alot of people stop using that Drug Store because of them not showing any customer service there! So if the company wants to keep its good name I think someone should do something about this

When I hit silver status which is over 500 points you get a free blood glucose test and cholesterol test. I did not know this and forgot to register my card on line. I am disabled and my memory is bad. Well I get a letter in the mail about diabetes and cholesterol importants from rite aids CEO.I was totally shocked. The store I go to in Chesapeake Virginia treats me as a valued customer and friend and take care of all my oerscription needs even when I forget they call. This takes alot of stress off of me and I feel better.For example one time I had anaccident and could baeely walk and the pharmacy tech Greg walked me to the front of the store while Emma was on the phone having the other perscription I needed transfered to her so I could go home as fast as possible.
