Ramsey Elementary is a school that serves students in kindergarten through grade five. It offers classes in reading, writing, science, math, geography and language arts. The school operates a library that has a collection of more than 15,000 books. Ramsey Elementary provides a range of counseling services for anger management and study and social skills development. It also offers classes in art, music and physical education. The school maintains a parent-teacher association that encourages parental involvement in children s education. Ramsey Elementary provides special education to gifted and talented students. In addition, the school administers the Title I program, as well as offers food services. It is a part of the Coeur d'Alene School District, which governs several elementary, middle and high schools.
