      Just got 4 beef and cheese sandwiches at the drive thru, and they forgot my potato cakes. They sure didn't forget to charge me for them though!!! Not very happy!!!

      The food is not nearly good enough to be charging those prices. I'm completely disgusted every time I go there. $10 for a combo??? I only go when I am following others. From now on I am putting my foot down and going the opposite way. PS Chicken Bacon Swiss is gross and potato cakes are only good hot and well done. Hey Arby's: What restaurant doesn't carry mustard packets and since when is honey mustard a good substitute for real mustard?

      I live in the Silver Valley,,, Osburn, ID. I stopped in to arby's on Appleway to get my lunch. I order up 4 beef & cheddar along with 2 ham & cheese. When I get home to ENJOY my lunch I find out that I was given the 2 ham & cheese, 2 beef & cheddar, 1classic roast and 1 mid roast beef. I only get half of my beef & cheddar and that REALLY TICKED ME OFF. I live 45 miles away, I TRY to call on the phone for 45 minutes and it is BUSY the whole time. Do you check to see if your help can READ prior to hiring? because they sure don't give what is ordered, and I have a receipt to prove it.
