After assuring me that they would be able to address the mold problem in my air vents, they sprayed some type of white sealant to the visible ends of the ductwork (not way inside) saying that mold would never adhere to it. Once the chemical smell was gone, the musty, moldy smell came back and so did the mold on the white sealant. After calling them to ask them to come out and take a look, they said they are too far away (although they were happy to come out to charge me $510.00). They also said they would call back, but never did, and now will not pick up my calls.

I will first say the 1 star review is about a different company and is somehow hurting this great companies rating. If you read the review it's about a different company. That being said it is hard to find a good AC company that doesn't rip people off. Todd first came to my house when I bought it about a year and a half ago. I thought I needed a new AC and he told me that with service every 6 months that I could get a few more years out of it. So I did a service contract for the honesty. I then referred him to a friend of mine who had two quotes for a new AC because his wasn't working. He wanted a third quote and instead of a new AC quote Todd was able to fix the AC for a couple hundred dollars. He could have easily just under quoted everyone installed a new AC unit for a few thousand dollars.one and a half years later my old old AC still working great. Thanks guys for the great work

I cannot say enough good things about Todd Young and Florida's Heat Pump & AC. I know dozens of people who use him regularly, and I wouldn't call anyone else. He and his crew are totally honest, do the job without muss or fuss, are on time and WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF. Great for cleaning ducts or dryer vents, pool heaters, all of your possible HVAC needs. Again, just can't say enough kudos. Todd is the BEST!!!!
