      Door to Door gave out our credit card information to a company they brokered with to transport our vehicle. We did not give them permission to do this and had no idea it would happen until we got the credit card statement. They refuse to accept any responsibility for their actions. We contracted with Door to Door; they contracted with another company, gave that company our credit card information and had that company charge us for their payment of the shipping. Door to Door says repeatedly that there are no hidden fees or charges. Hmm... Door to Door also threatened me if I did not remove my post on Transport Reviews webpage, saying they had become my "worst enemy." What kind of FAMILY-owned company is this?? As for their customer service - We attempted to contact them by phone and e-mail for several weeks and they would not return our calls or e-mails and eventually blocked the e-mails as SPAM. DO NOT use this company. I would give them less stars if I could.

      I am a traveling physical therapist, and I needed my car to be shipped from CA to FL. Steve was great from the moment I talked to him. My quote was guaranteed from the first day, and Steve even took 25 dollars off his deposit to keep the initial quote that was given to me. My car was picked up as of today, with no hassles, no waiting for 2 weeks (as other companies told me), and a reasonable quote. I would highly recommend
