Cocoa Beach is where Suzanne began her first company, Swiss Link, Inc, an International Consulting firm that concentrated in the exportation of American goods to Europe in addition to Construction, Interior Decorating, and Remodeling. Suzanne has been a business owner for 18 years so she knows what it takes to run a business and is very familiar with all that it entails - Management, Marketing, Accounting, Employees, as well as the ups and downs and all else that comes with being an owner. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Suzanne founded her Brokerage firm S. Violet International Business Brokers which specializes in selling Business Investments. Understanding the importance of listening to her clients needs as well as the magnitude of the confidentiality involved, Suzanne focuses on finding each of her clients the right business and guides them through the whole purchasing process that includes: making an offer, due diligence period, preparing the close, the closing, and the familiarization period. As a member of the Rotary Club in Cocoa since 1992, Suzanne has volunteered for many community events. She is a member of the Space Coast Tiger Bay Club and was among the founders of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce, Florida Chapter in Orlando. In 2002 Suzanne was the President of the Florida Business Brokers Association, Central Florida Chapter and a Member of the State Board.
