i read the one other review (one star), and was surprised.



i've been going here since april of this year, and have had nothing but super service. i received paper bill records for the services i decided to purchase, and know they also keep computer records. the owner manages all scheduling and billing personally, and works with you as to when to charge you. she calls before running a charge through, as well as giving you a 24 hour reminder about appointments. i can only guess that there was a miscommunication with the other reviewer.



this business has recently relocated to another day spa in hunt valley, whom they rent space from, like the previous location. the facilities are clean, fresh and relaxing. the staff are friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about providing good service.



if you are considering doing something for yourself, to give yourself a renewed sense of personal well-being, or to re-commit to a better image, try this. i'm a skeptic, and have never even had a manicure, but i tried a body wrap, and now also some of their other offerings. i always leave feeling relaxed, re-energized, and excited about coming back. (and it doesn't hurt that i'm feeling thinner and younger-looking each time.)



i did lose 21 inches from my first wrap, but also decided to tune-up my exercise program and eating habits. i've now dropped ten pounds. this isn't a cure-all -- it's a turbo boost. it makes you want to give yourself something better, and it helps you get there.
