I would to tell you about 2 of your employees that have the most outstanding customer service. I shop at your Target almost every day ( I’m a shopper) and these 2 employees exemplify what customer service really is. Collin and Kylee. Whenever I ask them to help me with anything, they will stop what they are doing and help me. Many a times they will stop what they are doing and go to the back and bring me stuff that’s out on the shelves. Collin is always out there with a cart busy and the same thing with Kylee, but they have never brushed me off. I appreciate them so much because you have some employees that just brush you off and I can tell they don’t want to help you. Thanks Collin and Kylee👏🏽👏🏽 RBrown

Visited this store. I asked for help regarding a television on sale. I had to wait 20 minutes while the associates tried to find one in stock. When they brought one out it was the wrong one. Another 10 minutes later the right one came out. When I asked for help loading it in my truck the associates said they weren't allowed to help. I asked to see the store manager. BIG MISTAKE. Things went from bad to worse. The manager - Jason Silk looked me up and down and said, "For a woman you look plenty strong enough to load this yourself. You haven't even tried and you are asking for help. Go try and let me know if you cannot handle it. You should have thought about this before you came here" When I walked away I overheard him call me a name to the associate who had gotten the TV.

I will never visit a Target again.

I love this store i go there a couple times a week, everything is neat and the customer services is great.
