great service

We used this company for a mouse issue we were having in one of our rental homes. They treated and sealed the holes that the mice were using and that was two months ago and we have not had any problems, very happy with their service and knowledge. We will be using them again if we have another problem.

I read a story in the News and observer about their services so I thought that I would give them a call. I've had a problem with squirrels for the last 3 years and have used 2 other wildlife removal business and they were unable to trap any of the squirrels that were getting in my attic. I called Trapper Dan's and they set-up traps and were able to catch 5 squirrels in 3 days. They sealed up the hole and thank God! the noises from my attic have stopped.. Thank you again

Just used these guys for a squirrel problem that I was having in my attic, These guys were great they were able to trap the squirrels in a matter of days and seal the hole that the squirrels were coming in. Their rates were reasonable and fair for the amount of work that was done. I called other companies and they all quoted a per catch fee, when I asked them how many squirrels they might catch they said in the number of 2- 5 and that they charged a set-up fee and a 65 charge for each squirrel they caught which in the long run would have added up to a lot of money$$$$ Trapper Dans charged me a flat fee which would cover all of the trapping. Its been two months and I havent hearing anything since. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I had a problem with raccoons in my attic, I used another company before calling Trapper Dan's and that company was unable to solve my problem after two weeks. The tech Josh was on time for the set appt and was able to set a trap the same day. The next day the raccoon that had been causing havoc was in the trap and josh was able to clean the mess that the raccon had caused and sealed the hole that it had made along my roof line. I am glad that i was able to find a company that was able to take care of my problem.. Thanks again Trapper Dan's.....

Techs were on time and were able to take care of my problem the same day staff was very nice and were able to take care of my problem..happy.customer in cary!

My experience with this business was very disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone. The two "technicians" who visited contradicted each other several times about treatment strategies and the extent of the problem. Though the owner promised he would follow up with a detailed proposal in writing, after I paid the $75 inspection fee, I never heard from them again. Money down the drain, and I had to start from scratch with a new company.
