I returned to Kia of Coatesville to roll my lease over to a 2015 Optima. I have received outstanding all around service from Kia of Coatesville since 2010, so of course, I wanted my daughter to have the same experience when she considered a new car purchase. On the same day, my daughter also leased a 2015 Optima. The salesmen, managers, and finance manager were very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us the best deals to suit our financial needs. If you are in the market for a dependable, affordable car with great service team, I strongly recommend a stop at Kia of Coatesville.
my wife and I had an exceptional experience at Kia of Coatesville, everyone was very pleasant. They worked hard to get us the right vehicle that we wanted, stay late in the evening to get the deal completed. Dealership was well staffed but not pushy. Salesperson was knowledgeable and willing to discuss all the options and provide test drives & up close look at available vehicles. Assessed our needs/wants and found correct vehicle quickly. Other staff were pleasant and also helpful. All in all a good experience.

The Kia has amazing safety features, such as an insulation pad connected to the inside of the hood, that drops in case of an engine fire, after the connectors melt! Inside is the good stuff: an onboard computer that syncs to the Bluetooth on my phone; plays Sirius radio, has a touch screen, and has a back-up camera! This Kia dealership in Coatesville is far above average, and I feel happy I found them when I was in need of reliable transportation! I look forward to driving my Kia Soul for many years to come! Second car we've bought here, can't say enough about how good an experience we've had with them.
Came into dealerships with a specific make and brand of car that I wanted to purchase. Josue took the time to show me around the lot and assisted me in finding the exact model and features that I wanted. Within 24 hours the car was mine. Everything from stereo to door locks were shown to me and the small items no one would care to explain. Definitely will be referring everyone I know here.

My husband bought a car 3 months ago. We had such a good experience at the dealership. When my car was ready to trade I told my husband to call his guy Darrel. We got great service from the staff especially Darrel. We would recommend the dealership and took several of Darrel's cards to refer him to friends.
I had a very good experience at the Kia of coatesville. The staff was very attending and they kept me up to date with my purchase. They are true to their word and you get a good feeling that someone is trying to help you versus get over. Car was in excellent condition when delivered.
Overall, it was great. Dustin was great and really helpful. During the test drives of a couple vehicles, he was able to answer my questions and if he couldn't he said he didn't know but followed up for me. He was also very helpful to my friend Nancy, who had referred me to Kia, in answering some of her questions about service and some features in her Forte.
I have bought for myself 5 cars from this dealership. I also have bought two more cars for each of my boys from Kia of Coatesville. Everyone there is so friendly and really works with you to get you what you want for your price range. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to definitely stop in to see them.

Don't go!! Whatever their promotion is, it isn't worth it!!! I traded in 2 cars (one they only gave me $100 credit for & told me later -.-) .....They charged me 4, almost 5k over KBB for a 2005 nissan sentra in 2011 ($14,500 After both cars traded in). They didn't fix things like the slick haired salesman said they would. I got in an accident & totaled the car a few months ago. They are taking their sweet time doing paperwork & always "remembering" they need something else, successfully tanking my credit. HATE THEM -.-
