We were looking to replace glass in an arched window. OSR responded to our inquiry with utmost speed. Steve was both courteous, helpful and professional. He gave us a quote (which was very reasonable), stated when it would be installed. I twas installed in a timely manner. He and his helper were both courteous and very professional.
