If you want to get stood up this is the place to call. The first call in October he promised to come by after the snowstorm to look at my windshield on my RV (one side cracked and the other is falling out). To give him another opportunity which was my biggest mistake and noticing my windshield was getting worse, I called him again December 8th, to schedule another appointment and reminded him he never followed through back in Oct., Bo did not remember our conversation in Oct, but scheduled to come by the next day and asked for me to be there.. I left work early and again he did not call or show. I called him today, Dec 10th and he did apologize and told me he was going to call me today to tell me that he had me in his book and to find someone else because he was too busy for me. My question is why did he not tell me this from the beginning? I feel I should be as important as any other customer.
