Awful customer service. Very unprofessional. I ordered my mother flowers to be delivered on my mom's birthday, and they were not delivered until the following day and a few hours later than the agreed upon NEW time. I even called a day earlier and in the morning when I ordered them. I was told that the delivery person would call my mom BEFORE delivery and that never happened. When the delivery guy finally did show up he told my mom, "I would have been here sooner, but I had to stop at the bank and the usual delivery person was out sick." Unprofessional! When I called to complain I asked to speak with a manager and instead of giving the phone to the manager, the woman who answered the phone relayed messages back and forth between the manager and I. I was given the option to add more flowers at no charge to me, or credit my account to "make things right." However, neither of those things change the fact that my mom got her flowers the day AFTER her birthday. Never again will I order anything from Doebel's!
