Poor customer service...Had my Lexus washed there and a cover piece off the door panel by the driver side mirror broke off during the wash mid way through...made a complaint and was told by the manager Brent, that it would be replaced within the following week...I received a call a week later and was told they were not liable for it and would not have anything to do with it what so ever..now I am out of $60 for the part alone and who knows how much labor will run to install the part...all this trouble for a car wash..I would really rate this place 0 stars if the option was available...
