The prices are excellent, the store is clean. The sales associates are very friendly and willing to help fin a product inside the store, even if they don't know anything about the product. In the garden shop it is a different story. They are uninformed about the plants and if they are toxic to children or pets. They are also LAZY. I am 76 years old. I asked 2 male associates in that dept to help me put a very large bag of garden soil in the bottom of the cart. Both told me they were busy and would be back, after 10 minutes of standing in the heat, I finally dragged to the cart myself, hurting my shoulder in the process. It was the same thing at the check stand when the Cashier paged twice for help. Three young male associates stood around talking while I managed to put it in my car. They were supposedly bringing empty carts from from the lot . After I emptied mine one ran up and got it.
