General Info

Dr. Fogg grew up in Fresno and worked most of his early years side-by-side with his father ~ who is also a cataract surgeon. He trained at BYU as a mechanical engineer before entering medical school at the University of Utah. As a medical student he developed computer programs for ophthalmology training. Dr. Fogg worked at the Fresno VA Hospital as an intern before he completed his Ophthalmology training in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a devoted father, husband, and religious man who has dedicated his life to serving his fellow man by providing the highest quality of cataract surgery available anywhere in the world. He has surrounded himself with a dedicated and loyal staff who share his vision of providing the best possible care. Dr. Fogg has performed well over 10,000 cataract surgeries over the past 20 years and continues to be one of busiest surgeons in the country. When not working as a cataract surgeon, Dr. Fogg spends time caring for animals at Fogg Ranch.
