Street Sweeping is one of the services offered by the Street Cleaning Section, which is governed by the City of Clovis in California. The section provides assistance with the removal of dirt and debris. It offers routine sweeping services for streets and roads. The Street Cleaning Section also provides dirt removal solutions for downtown and residential areas. In addition, the section assists with the management of air and stormwater quality. The section is a part of the Public Utilities Department, which specializes in wastewater collection, treatment and disposal operations. The department maintains more than 285 acres of landscaping area and parks.
