Based in Cloverdale, Ind., Summerfield Health Care Center is a 43-bed nursing community in Putnam County. It provides housing and health care for the senior people with skilled nursing care. The center offers old age care services, such as hospice care, respite care, rehabilitation and long as well as short-term nursing care. It offers therapeutic services that include physical, occupational and speech therapy; orthopedic, neurological and cardiac rehabilitation; massage therapy; oncology management; wound and pain management; and therapeutic recreation programs.
