They were anything BUT dependable and on time. The porta potty we ordered was not delivered when promised. I spent several hours trying to replace it on Good Friday for a Saturday event. When it wasn't there at 4 pm Friday, I was promised that it would be delivered by 7 pm Friday. So I drove across town to check - it was not. So I had to find an alternate - time I couldn't afford to take away from the project. Ultimately, we had no porta potty at the event because it was too late on Good Friday to get a replacement. It was never delivered. And now, 3 days later, I find that they have charged my account. I should have known better when the operator sounded off-shore in India. Now I have to try to get my money back. More time and stress that I can't afford. I'm checking 1 star because the form demands at least 1. Minus 10 is what I'd say.
