I called in for a cab from Clinton to our home destination and the driver Tony says he'll be here in thirty minutes. After arriving 10 minutes late he approaches out pickup spot and I tell him I'm going to grab out 2nd rider. We both come out to find that's he's gone!! I call him back and he says he forgot that he had to pick up and drop someone else off at the ferry.. twenty more minutes pass until he FINALLY arrives again.. worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Don't make promises you can't commit to due to your inconsistencies. never will I ride with this sorry excuse for a taxi again.
