I've been going here for a couple of years and have never had any problems. The stylist I see is Laura. Out of all the stylist's I've gone to over the years, she is the only one who really understands the way I like my highlights. I would highly recommend her. She listens when I explain the way I would like my highlights or the way I would like my hair cut and styled.
